Yes! The app automatically tracks your PRs for each exercise and highlights when you hit a new personal record during your workout.
Your workout data is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud Backup, your data will be included in your device backup.
Navigate to the exercise library and tap "Add Custom Exercise". Enter the exercise name and select the muscle group to create your custom exercise.
Swipe left on any workout in your history to reveal edit and delete options. You can modify sets, reps, and weights, or remove the entire workout.
Yes! LFT HVY supports importing workout data from popular apps including Hevy, Strong, and FitNotes via CSV files. Go to Settings > Import Data to get started.
Go to the Plans tab and tap the + button to create a new workout plan. Add exercises with target sets and reps. You can then start any workout quickly from your saved templates.
Lift Heavy is free to download and all core workout tracking features are available at no cost with no ads. We offer an optional Pro subscription that unlocks premium features like AI Workout Scan and Advanced Analytics. Advanced Analytics is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings.
