By downloading, installing, or using LFT HVY ("Lift Heavy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Description of Service
LFT HVY is a workout tracking application designed to help you log exercises, track progress, and manage your fitness journey. The app provides:
- Workout logging and history tracking
- Progress charts and analytics
- Workout templates and planning tools
- Calculator tools for strength training
- Siri voice integration for hands-free logging
User Responsibilities
When using LFT HVY, you agree to:
- Use the app only for its intended purpose of fitness tracking
- Maintain the security of your device and data
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the application
- Consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any exercise program
Health Disclaimer
Important: LFT HVY is a fitness tracking tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any new exercise program or if you have questions about a medical condition.
The one-rep max calculations, training percentages, and other metrics provided are estimates based on established formulas. Individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to fitness level, form, and physical condition.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LFT HVY, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of LFT HVY and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Data and Privacy
Your use of LFT HVY is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The vast majority of your data is stored locally on your device. The optional AI Workout Scan feature transmits images to our server for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
LFT HVY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.
We are not responsible for:
- Any injuries sustained during exercise or training
- Loss of data due to device failure or user error
- Inaccuracies in calculated metrics or estimates
- Third-party services or integrations
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
LFT HVY offers optional paid features:
- Pro Subscription (Monthly or Yearly): Unlocks premium features including AI Workout Scan and Advanced Analytics. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Advanced Analytics (Lifetime): A one-time purchase that permanently unlocks advanced analytics features.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. All core workout tracking features remain free.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of LFT HVY at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
You may stop using LFT HVY at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app for users who violate these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
